Today I made a litte traditional database search through the national (Germany) and european Trademark and patent Offices.
In this search I found a Trademark: Windows365. This Trademark was registrated on 30. July 2015 by Microsoft Coroperation Redmond by one of their lawyers.
This Trademark Windows365 is definite:
- Class 9: Computer software; computer operating system software; network operating software; computer programs; wireless communications devices; mobile phones, cellular telephones, personal digital assistants, and hand-held computers; parts and accessories for the aforementioned goods
